What forms of payment do you accept? All online orders are processed through Paypal. You may use any of the accepted methods of payment that Paypal offers. How do you ship? We ship at cost, rounded to the next dollar, with no added fees or handling charges. For instance, a small flat rate Priority post shipment costs us $4.95 to mail. We charge $5. This tiny fractional margin ensures that we cover our shipping costs, even when a shipment costs slightly more to ship than we have quoted. We do not make a profit on our shipping. Its expensive enough for you to order online!

All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Post Flat Rate shipping. If you need to recieve your order via a different shipping method, please Contact Us and we will take your order over the phone. Once your order is prepared for shipping, we will be able to quote you your actual shipping cost, depending on the method you choose and where the item is being shipped to.

Can I place an order by phone? Yes! Our phones are very, very busy, so you may reach our voicemail if you call. However, we will call you back as soon as possible to take your order. Our business hours are 12-6pm ET, M-F. If you call on a weekend, please realize that we will not return your call until the next business day.

What about international orders? We can ship your order to any location in the world. Our default shipping is by USPS. If you require another method of shipping (such as FedEx or UPS), please Contact Us and we will arrange it.

Please note: International customers are responsible for paying any customs charges to recieve the package in their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. We cannot quote you what your customs fees will be, as they vary wildly.

How do you choose a stone for me? Our one-of-a-kind pieces are, of course, automatically chosen for the purchaser. However, if you are purchasing a stone that we carry in stock batches, we will energetically attune as we are choosing the stone and pulling it for you. Our stock is kept in a separate location from our customer service, and so we are unable to pull stones for you while we are on the phone with you. If you are very concerned about purchasing stones that are chosen for you by someone else, we would suggest you go to a stone store to choose your stones and not purchase them online. Our customers are generally very happy with the stones they receive.

What if I'm not satisfied? Your Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund of the item price. We cannot refund the original postage cost, but we will refund you return postage by Priority Flat Rate USPS. Please Contact Us if you need to return an item for return authorization.
